Are you a Junior IT Support engineer looking to join a small IT department in a well-established, growing MSP, that has been an expert in IT & Cloud Computer Services in a role offering great long-term stability?

On offer is a great opportunity for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join the UK's leading in providing tailored IT solutions and support services to businesses, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance of their technology infrastructure.

In this role, the successful Junior IT Support Engineer will provide 1st line Support by email and telephone, and act as the point of contact for any IT or telephony-related issues for all users.

This role would suit a Junior IT Support engineer with some experience in a similar role, that is looking to join the leading nationwide MSP and is looking for unlimited training and progression.

The Role:

• 1st Line IT Support, 365, Active Directory.
• Assist with network administration tasks including DNS configuration and TCP/IP troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure timely resolution.

The Person:

• 1st Line Support Experience.
• Experience with user setups including Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols.
