Position Title: Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of our data centre operations. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for leading and managing our Data Centre Services (DCS) team, as well as the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) team members onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective people management and leadership to ensure the success of the DCS and M&E teams.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, security protocols, and company policies.
- Oversee all repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure the data centre operates efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and manage the Opex and Capex budget for the data centre.
- Drive the commercial development of the data centre, seeking opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all aspects of site operation.
