A specialist electrical engineering company are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in Pencaitland on a permanent basis
The ideal candidate will have experience in Finance, Project and People Management role within an Electrical Engineering Environment
Role & Responsibilities
- Managing a small team of office staff and Service Engineers
- Producing Management Accounts
- Ensuring Timesheets and invoices are processed correctly
- Supervising the scheduling of Engineers work load daily
- Providing any additional support and training when necessary
- Managing multiple projects at one time
- Providing Technical Support
- Travelling to customer sites locally as and when required by the business
Knowledge & Experience
- Ideally will have a background within Electrical Engineering or a technical engineering role
- Previous Project Management and People Management experience
- Experience in finance and creating management financial accounts
- The ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Excellent IT Skills
- Highly motivate with the ability to motivate and encourage others
