Trust Housing Association has an exciting opportunity for Cook to join their team based at 20 Lochar Crescent, Pollok. You will join us on a part-time permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

In return for your enthusiasm and commitment as our Cook, we will offer you:

  • 28 hours per week worked over 4 days on week 1 and 2 days on week 2
  • No unsociable hours, dayshifts worked between 9.30am & 6.30pm with a 1-hour unpaid break
  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.25-£12.50 per hour

We have over 3,600 households across the length and breadth of Scotland, from the Highlands and Islands all the way down to the Borders.

What we’re looking for in our Cook:

We are looking for a skilled cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu.

As a Cook your duties would involve menu planning, ordering, preparing ingredients and working alongside the catering assistant.

Cook Skills and Experience:

You must be able in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques will be an advantage.

You will help to keep the kitchen organised and running efficiently while ensuring you follow food handling, sanitation, and food storage procedures.
