Salary/Rate:
£70,000 - £80,000/annum Car allowance and Bonus

An award winning national house builder that have been successfully operating 60 years, are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in the East. The successful candidate will be responsible for  and reporting directly to the Construction Director. 

What you'll be doing: 

  • Contractually responsible for a variety of projects, predominantly flatted developments,
  • Ensure sufficient resources are in place for a smooth start on site,
  • Set a positive example in health and safety practices, organization, professionalism, and quality of work,
  • Guarantee that all homes meet the highest quality standards, at the very least complying with NHBC and Building Regulations.

The successful candidate will have: 

  • A team player with the ability to successfully lead,
  • Flatted development experience would be advantageous,
  • NVQ Level 5 in Construction Management or trade background,
  • Extensive knowledge of regulations and build requirements including NHBC, H&S and Building regulations,
  • Comprehensive expertise and diverse experience in interacting with customers, including providing information and guidance, addressing customer concerns, and adhering to company protocols.
