Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Site Agent to oversee and manage a civil engineering project in the Highlands region of Scotland. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects, adhering to strict quality, safety, and timeline standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all on-site activities, including subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Implement project plans, schedules, and budgets effectively.
• Monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
