Situated in the heart of Edinburgh, a short walk from major transport links, our client is recruiting for a Structural Technician to join their office.

With a unique client base that includes the likes of Amazon and Warner Bros. you can expect to be involved in some challenging and complex projects that vary from small bespoke designs to £500M contracts.

Past projects have included…

  • Harry Potter Experience in Tokyo.
  • Large 18 story hotel in Glasgow.
  • 250 bed Hotel in Bristol.
  • 6 blocks, 8 story residential complex in Edinburgh.

Recently, the consultancy has agreed several key projects such as a large tyre facility outside of Edinburgh two large residential sites in the Central Belt and a £500 Million Warner Bros. Studio being the standout.

Organic progression is a key focus of this consultancy with several engineers and technicians climbing the ranks to senior positions and beyond from junior positions.

This is achieved through their dedicated CPD courses and mentorship programmes.

For this role as a Structural Technician, you will need to have around 5+ years' experience within a similar (UK based) consultancy and have a strong track record of using Revit.

You will be responsible for creating 3D models, producing construction drawings, and coordinating with other disciplines to ensure a smooth design process.
