Falkirk
NRL are currently recruiting for experienced Fabricators/ Platers on a permanent basis in Falkirk. 

Responsibilities 
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding techniques to be used.
  • Setting up and operating welding equipment and tools, including TIG, MIG, and stick welding.
  • Performing welding and fabrication tasks, such as cutting, bending, and forming metal, using a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure that they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
  • Identifying and reporting any defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Attending client facilities/sites to carry out site installs as required.
  • Following all client safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Keeping equipment and work areas clean and well-maintained.
  • Collaborating with other members of the fabrication team to complete projects on schedule.
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and quality.
What you will need

Apprentice Qualified Tradesman with either SVQ, NVQ or City & Guilds
