Responsibilities within your new role as Head Chef

• Provide leadership and direction to the kitchen team to consistently deliver exceptional dishes.
• Develop and mentor junior chefs to cultivate a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Implement effective stock control and inventory management practices to optimise resource utilisation.
• Ensure strict adherence to COSHH, HACCP, and EHO guidelines to uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate closely with management to surpass company benchmarks and exceed guest expectations.
