Responsibilities within your new role as Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operation of the venue.
• Act as the Manager's deputy in their absence.
• Conduct staff training sessions and mentor new team members.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Supervise restaurant staff to maintain high standards of performance.
