Anderson Knight is recruiting for Part-time Helpdesk Coordinators on a back shift rotation for a well-established company based in Glasgow.

Our role involves coordinating with team members, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate the efficient handling of tasks and incidents reported to the helpdesk. 

Shift Pattern on rotation (21 hours per week, usually 3 days per week):
Weekdays: 3pm – 10pm
Weekends: 7am-5pm, 3pm – 10pm

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Responding to incoming calls from customers, contractors, and engineers.
•    Initiating outbound calls to our customers, contractors, and engineers.
•    Handling reactive callouts for customers.
•    Recording jobs and incidents for customers.
•    Escalating incidents as necessary.
•    Configuring systems.
•    Communicating effectively and confidently.

Key Attributes and Skills:
•    Previous Helpdesk Experience is essential.  
•    Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
•    Precision and keen attention to detail is indispensable.
•    Proficiency in multitasking.
•    Essential high level of computer literacy.
