Anderson Knight is recruiting for dayshift Customer Service Representatives for a well-established company based in Glasgow.

You will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls in a professional fashion, effectively documenting and forwarding all customer-related issues and enquiries.

This role is 5 days over 7 on a dayshift roation of the following shifts - 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm and 9am-5pm.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Prioritise and oversee incoming calls, emphasising quick response times and adherence to provided call scripts to capture essential information in accordance with Call Quality Monitoring guidelines.
•    Complete all necessary administrative tasks associated with your role promptly and thoroughly, ensuring a prompt and efficient service delivery in alignment with agreed-upon service levels.
•    Ensure adherence to the Call Script and comply with Call Quality Monitoring guidelines.
•    Obtain all pertinent data during each call through effective questioning to quickly grasp the nature of the issue.
•    Accurately input data and complete all relevant fields throughout the duration of each call.
•    Take ownership of customer problems, seeing them through to resolution.
•    Collaborate with Engineers to prioritise calls for swift response times.
•    Manage post-call activities efficiently to handle workload and meet service level objectives.

Key Attributes and Skills:
•    Previous experience in a contact centre, call centre, or helpdesk role.
•    Motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
•    Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
•    Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
•    Capable of working collaboratively within a team and efficiently managing individual workload.
•    Proficient in administrative tasks, including expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
