Commercial Property Associate / Partner

Location: Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire (Hybrid)

Salary: £55k - £100k + Excellent Benefits

The Client:

Our client is a well-established legal firm, offering a wide range of legal services catering to both individual and business clients.

The Role:

As a Commercial Property Associate / Partner, you will be providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in commercial property transactions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Commercial Property Solicitor or in a similar role.
• Experience in various commercial property transactions, including buying / selling properties, security agreements, and property development.
• Qualified in Scots Law.
• Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.
• Skilled Microsoft Office, familiarity with Case Management Systems is desirable.
