Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire (Hybrid)

Salary: £35k - £50k + Excellent Benefits

The Client:

Our client is a well-established legal firm, offering a wide range of legal services catering to both individual and business clients.

The Role:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in commercial property transactions.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor
• Experience in various commercial property transactions, with a focus on rural and agricultural work.
• Qualified in Scots Law.
• Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.
• Skilled Microsoft Office, familiarity with Case Management Systems is desirable.
