Role: Freelance General Foreman

Location: East of Scotland

Duration: 6 months

Our client is a leading civil engineering contractor who are looking to recruit a Site Engineer for 6 months period for water projects across Edinburgh and the Scottish Borders.

As the Site Engineer your responsibilities will include:

• Experienced in delivering toolbox talks and driving the project forward.
• Experience in managing site teams
• Ordering plant and materials.
• Able to proactively provide solutions to challenges on site.
• Keen awareness and practice of H&S procedures at all times.

What you can expect:

Immediate Start date for 6 months duration.

• Monday to Friday.
• £26 to £28 (Gross) per hour DOE.
• Payment methods – PAYE or CIS.

What you’ll need:

• Demonstrated experience working on civil engineering projects particularly on water projects.
• Water experience is desirable.
• A full UK driving license and own transport.
• A valid CSCS and SMSTS Card.
