The company

Our client, a prestigious food processing and manufacturing business located near Edinburgh wish to appoint an inspirational Senior Production Manager to join their established team. As a well-established business with a reputation for providing great quality to food service and retail customers, our client goes from strength to strength.

The Role

Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the site’s production from goods-in to goods-out.

You will be ready to hit the ground running, drive performance of the site and will have extensive understanding of what good looks like.

We seek a true people manager to lead and develop with the ability to create an empowering culture.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who enjoys being hands on and has a great eye for detail, as well as having the desire and determination to grow and develop systems to assist with future of this growing business.

The person

Our ideal candidate will have substantial experience leading teams within food manufacturing, understand and able to motivate others to achieve and exceed KPI’s. Food experience is desirable; however, applications would be considered from individuals with similar experience.
