We are looking for a passionate and committed Pastry Chef de Partie to join our client in Fife. This position offers an outstanding chance for career advancement in a prestigious, award-winning professional setting.

Responsibilities in your new role as Pastry Chef de Partie

  • Executing section operations at the highest standards of quality.
  • Ensuring seamless operation of the pastry section.
  • Skilfully decorating pastries and desserts with various sauces, toppings, and embellishments.
  • Collaborating on menu innovation and development.
  • Upholding a clean and hygienic workspace.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

Candidates must have relevant experience in fine dining. The right candidate will be motivated, focused, flexible and organised with a passion for excellence. You should be eager to learn and follow guidance to ensure high standards are met consistently while supporting the Sous Chef, Head Chef and the rest of the kitchen team.
