Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor
My client are looking to appoint an experienced Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor.
You will be working with the country’s largest commercial real estate services company with offices in Ediburgh, Scotland.
The ideal candidate will be recently MRICS qualified (QS Pathway) or they will consider strong candidates coming up to their APC.
- Feasibility and Order of Cost Estimating
- Formal Cost Planning
- Preparation of tender and contract documentation
- Development Monitoring
- Reinstatement Cost Assessments
