Our client is looking for an experienced Plant Fitter in Edinburgh to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. While the right experience is ideal, the client does supply successful candidates with lots of training and a wide range of expensed courses. 
  
Some of the activities that you will be involved in will include but may not be limited to: 
  • Conduct inspections and maintain industrial machinery.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues with manufacturing equipment.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan maintenance schedules.
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and spare parts inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
To be successful in this role, you will work well as part of a team, be a good communicator and can take on a variety of different workloads, planned or otherwise.
