Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - 12-Month Contract

Location: Onsite at Dalry, Scotland (Minimum 3 days per week)

About Us: We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor for a 12-month contract assignment in Dalry. This role involves managing construction packages and the administration of contracts for this project. 

Role Overview: As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction packages and ensuring contract administration compliance for the project. This role is crucial in maintaining project efficiency and ensuring contractual obligations are met.

Key Details:

• This is a 12-month contract position with potential for extension.
• The role is based onsite in Dalry, with a requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week.
• Candidates must be able to commute to the Motherwell office initially to collect IT equipment. Subsequently, regular travel to the site and Motherwell office will be required.
• The rate for this role is £500-530 per day, depending on experience. This position falls inside IR35, including all deductions.

Requirements:

• Experience with NEC4 contracts is essential for this role.
• We are seeking individuals who are diligent, committed, hardworking, and capable of working independently without supervision.
• Previous experience in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Management (EPCM) projects is highly preferable, and candidates with this background will be prioritized.
