As the Curated Experience Manager with our client, you'll collaborate closely with the Curated Experience Lead to meticulously plan and execute all on-site events and activations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deputies for Curated Experience Lead as required
  • Assist with the administration of activations and events, following client milestones for annual Campus Workplace Programming
  • Work closely with HSEQ Team, checking and collating Insurances documents and RAMS and sending out confirmations as required.
  • Manage the activation calendar
  • Sourcing and creating activations and events.
  • Produce and/or collate the written copy for the events and activations onto a number of platforms.
  • Manage certain activations on site from planning through to delivery, always ensuring a safe environment and a high delivery standard
  • Conduct site visits with potential partners and activation producers
  • Work up budgets for activations and events

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree Level in Hospitality or Events
  • Related experience in Event Management
  • Computer literate – confident in Microsoft applications, previous experience in Property Management tools
  • Great telephone skills and verbal communication
  • Must be customer focused, organised, and professional
  • Ability to work in a team environment
