This role is based in the heart of Edinburgh and involves working dayshift Monday to Friday, to ensure the smooth daily operations of the credit control department.

Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

• Accurately recording daily cash receipts in the ERP system.
• Timely creation of new customer accounts in the ERP system, adhering to SLA timeframes.
• Responding promptly to requests for copy invoices and credit notes.
• Organizing and categorizing emails in the credit control inboxes.
• Generating contract support credits in the ERP system.
• Compiling reports for customer Credit Limit Reviews.
• Managing return to stock credits within the ERP system.
• Undertaking additional ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Line Manager.

Experience Requirements:

Essential:

• Previous administrative experience.
• Proficiency in time management.
• Strong IT skills.
• Familiarity with Excel, particularly in using pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.

Desirable:

• Prior experience in credit control.
