Trainee Maintenance Operative

Activus Recruitment are seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our client's property maintenance team in Oldmeldrum. You will work closely with the current team who will provide training across a variety of maintenance tasks.
Roles/Tasks may include:
- Carrying our minor repairs/maintenance on properties
- Painting/Decorating office areas
- Keep outside/carpark areas clean and tidy
- Grass cutting
- Window washing
- Guttering
- Power Washing
- Any other property maintenance as required
- Must be able to work on own intiative
- Drivers licence advantageous
- Some joinery experience is beneficial
Please note this is a physical role and much of the work will be carried out outdoors so you must be physically fit and willing to work in all weathers.
