Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Lawyer to provide comprehensive in-house legal support and guidance to our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of legal matters, including but not limited to contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance, risk management, and working closely with the wider deal execution team on corporate acquisitions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders across the company and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

·At the heart of the ‘deal team’ – drafting, negotiating, and finalising acquisition documentation.

·Drafting, negotiating and managing our internal corporate documentation such as shareholder agreements, articles, options and executive employment contracts.

·Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, client agreements, and licensing agreements.

·Provide legal advice and support on regulatory compliance matters, ensuring that the company operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

·Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with best practices.

·Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant issues impacting the company's operations and strategic initiatives.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various business initiatives and projects, providing proactive legal guidance and solutions.

Qualifications:

·UK -qualified lawyers, ideally up to diploma level.

·Ideally come with experience in an in-house capacity, however this is not essential.

·Strong understanding of corporate/contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance principles.

·Experience in corporate acquisitions.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

·Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

·Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to upholding ethical standards.
