The main aim of the Edinburgh Lettings Team is to ensure an exceptional customer experience is provided to all our potential and actual customers. As the principal point of contact for your landlords, you'll be required to build quality, lasting client relationships. By working closely with the colleagues in your team to ensure the team deliver a best-in-class experience you also support in achieving a market-leading position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the letting strategy for the company.

• Attract, retain, and build strong relationships with landlords and property owners.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee marketing and advertising initiatives to attract tenants.

• Negotiate and finalize letting agreements and rental terms.

• Monitor rental property performance and recommend improvements.

• Handle escalated client concerns and resolve disputes in a professional manner.

• Stay updated on the local property market and industry trends.

• Provide regular performance reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential lettings management.

• In-depth knowledge of the Edinburgh rental market and related regulations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for property management.

• A valid driver's license and access to transportation for property viewings.
