Our client is looking to recruit an experienced trainer to join their team working as Regional Trainer. You will be based in central Scotland region covering Glasgow mainly.

Details of this Regional Trainer vacancy and what the client is offering:

• A full-time contract, working Monday to Friday
• Working day shifts
• Great annual salary of £25,000 (pro rata)

As the Regional Trainer, you will deliver Care Worker training and assess Trainee learning. You will maintain complete and accurate training records at all times. Undertaking continuous training and development to ensure knowledge is up to date. You will work with the policy team to develop standard training programmes in line with current best practice. Agreeing and achieving targets for training.

What we are looking for in a Regional Trainer:

• Ideally have PTLLS qualification, MPS Train the Trainer qualification along with other relevant qualifications to really hit the ground running
• Must have full UK driving licence and the use of a car as travel is required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organised and able to manage your own time and workload
