Courier Driver

Edinburgh & Paisley

Self-Employed Courier work available - 24/7 365 days per year - *Must have own van* *Immediate start* - £500 - £1200 per week

Who we need?

We need intelligent, courteous people to do their jobs efficiently, on time and be our representatives to customers.

Even though the majority of our work is done during business hours, we are a round-the-clock organisation that completes critical and urgent tasks for the NHS as well as other clients.

Because of this, it is imperative that we have drivers on our Out of Hours (OOH) schedule.

By doing this, drivers receive a higher mileage rate for of their work in addition to an increased payment for the OOH job allocated. More details on the OOH rota will be provided later, but in essence, we ask that you commit to being available in a rostered fashion during a combination of weekend and weeknight shifts.

You would then be eligible for the higher rates.

We do advise having your own van, which should be in good operating order, properly maintained, and kept neat and organised.

Once more, you can receive a better rate if you commit to have authorised lettering on your vehicle.

  • Courteous and efficient while working.
  • Good time keeping.
  • A good representative for the company.
  • Available to commit to an OOH rota (Awarded with higher rates).
  • Positive attitude and the willingness to take on a challenge.

Courier Driver -  What we can offer you:

Our drivers earn an average of £500 to £1200 per week, depending on the size of their vehicle, their degree of commitment, and the amount of work they can complete. Individuals who put in more hours and are happy to go longer distance will earn more than those who only work 9-5. In order to meet your preferences, we provide a combination of local and long-distance work.

Rates vary based on vehicle size or zones and customer requirements, and payment is primarily based on miles carried or zones. Other tie-ins and add-ons are available, such as an improvement of rates for OOH work.

Since several of our contracts may demand specific requirements, you will receive comprehensive training to enable you to maximise your income by accepting a variety of jobs. In addition, we offer Eagle clothing and ID cards as required by a number of our clients.
