Job Role: Site Agent

Location: Shetland

Duration: 2-4 months

Start Date: Immediate

Contract Scotland are working on behalf of our client, a specialised civils contractor, to recruit a Site Agent to be part of a substation project based in Shetland for a 2-4 month duration. 

As the Site Agent your responsibilities will include:

  • Site management.
  • Maintaining good on/off site working relationships.
  • Programme planning/ reviews.
  • Issuing permits to work and RAMS.
  • Carry out Safety Audits as required by line management.
  • HSEQ

What you can expect:

  • Contract duration of 2-4months.
  • Immediate start.
  • 10 days on 4 days off.
  • Flight and accommodation provided.
  • £400 to £500 per day (gross) depending on experience.
  • Payment methods - Limited Company, PAYE, CIS.

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience on heavy civil engineering projects.
  • Experience working on substation/ renewable projects.
  • Valid CSCS & SMSTS qualifications, First Aid is desirable.
  • Recent management experience in a similar role.
