Compex Electrician

Our client requires a time served electrician who has their Compex certificate.
Job Spec
- Interpret all aspects of electrical engineering drawings.
- Selection and erection of Ex-rated cable glands, containment, enclosures, cabling and connectors.
- Knowledgeable of various electrical components.
- Inspection and testing of electrical systems.
- Inspect, troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues as required.
- Install, commission and test client and equipment as required.
- Create detailed service reports, maintain accurate records, complete all paperwork, test procedures, risk assessments and tool box talks to a high standard.
- Provide support to other trades/disciplines where required.
Person Spec
You must demonstrate a high standard in completing tasks associated with the role of Electrical Technician defined in the key responsibilities above. Demonstrable offshore/onshore experience in electrical service/maintenance/installation background.
Demonstrate a good understanding of safe working practices and can demonstrate commitment to safe working at all times.
