Our client is a leading manufacturer based in Stirling and are looking to add a Condition Monitoring Technician to their team. The company has had extensive investment in recent times and are looking to expand their team!! This is a dayshift based role.

The Condition Monitoring Technician will be responsible for evaluating equipment failure modes and utilize engineering experience and training to develop solutions for eliminating potential failures.

The Role:

  • Knowledge of appropriate Asset Management and Reliability Principles and have knowledge of how to optimise Operational and Engineering resources, monitor and report in line with Reliability principles would be beneficial
  • Monitoring of Engineering Reliability scope and programme schedules.
  • Experience of Vibration Analysis tools
  • Monitor equipment performance and evaluate equipment history and failure trends to determine sources of poor component performance

The Candidate:

  • Apprentice trained Mechanical Engineer
  • HNC or equivalent qualification in a mechanical qualification
  • Advanced maintenance work process knowledge and experience
  • This could be the right role for a Mechanical Engineer with a base knowledge of Condition Monitoring to progress their career!!
