Responsibilities in your new role as the Restaurant Supervisor

• Leading and inspiring the restaurant team through guidance and training

• Delivering memorable food & beverage experiences for guests
• Conducting daily briefings to share relevant information
• Maintaining high service and presentation standards in restaurants and bar
• Managing staffing levels during peak times
• Handling cash following policies and procedures
• Encouraging upselling opportunities
• Actively managing the floor and building rapport
• Contributing ideas to improve service quality and increase revenue

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with 2+ years of experience in the luxury food & beverage or hospitality industry, ideally in a supervisory capacity, along with an enthusiastic and positive personality, capable of fostering genuine and trusting relationships. You should be highly motivated, take pride in your work, and possess a passion for 5-star hospitality, consistently delivering exceptional guest service. Strong organisational and leadership skills are a must, paired with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
