This is a full-time on-site role for a Civils Site Manager. The manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations. The role will involve coordinating with project teams, conducting site inspections, managing subcontractors, and ensuring the overall safety and quality of the construction work.
Qualifications
Project Management and Team Leadership skills
Experience in Stormwater Management and Infrastructure
Strong inspection and quality control abilities
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of construction regulations and best practices
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Relevant certifications in construction or civil engineering
