About the role

Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a IT Support Analyst to join our Enabling Functions business unit to work in Maxim.

Role Purpose

  • As a member of the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) you will play a key part in supporting many Microsoft 365 applications, primarily focusing on the on our Common Data environments (CDE’s) such as Autodesk BIMDocs, ViewPoint for Projects (VfP).
  • The ECM team is compiled of 4 members with the majority of them progressing through the apprentice/graduate path.
  • Experience is desired but not essential as we will provide training and development for the right candidate. Attitude is far more important to us, we would welcome a candidate who is keen to develop and progress.

What you'll be doing

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for supporting with:

  • Providing group support/administration/configuration of our CDEs.
  • Assist in implementing best practice for information and document management.
  • Gather requirements from business users, make recommendations and estimate the effort to complete the work.
  • Trouble shoot and quickly identify defects and risks.
