Hayley Group Limited have an Onsite Support vacancy to work within our well-established and experienced team based in the Inverness area, commencing September 2024. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About the role:

As our Onsite Support, you will be based on one of our customer sites and will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the stores, helping to maintain stock levels and providing technical support to our customers onsite.  

Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities as our Onsite Support will include:

  • Organising stock in the warehouse, identifying parts and consolidating where possible.
  • Picking and checking orders.
  • Supporting Site Engineers with stores requirements.
  • Conducting weekly stock checks.
  • General warehouse duties, including collecting items from goods-in and receipting into stock.
  • Supporting the stores and buying team with requirements and updates.
  • Purchasing goods from various suppliers.

Skills & Attributes we're looking for in our Onsite Support:

  • Clean, full manual driving licence is essential.
  • Customer-focused, driven to provide consistently high levels of service. 
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Good level of numerical and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and time management.
  • Experienced in the use of SAP would be advantageous but training can be provided.
  • Mechanical knowledge would be beneficial.
