Are you passionate about good food and eager to be part of a growing kitchen that’s making a mark? We’re looking for someone with culinary experience and a love for cooking to help drive our rapidly expanding production kitchen forward.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for chefs tired of working nights or individuals with a passion for cooking who are eager to learn and grow. You’ll be part of a close-knit team, creating a wide range of delicious products for our award-winning farm shop.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Baking a variety of sweet treats, home-baked goods, and desserts.
- Cooking soups, preserves, ready meals, salads, and more to keep our shop stocked with fresh, tasty options.
- Packaging products with care and ensuring consistent quality.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals with a genuine love for food.
- Experience in a kitchen is a plus, but a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
Working Hours:
We offer both full-time and part-time positions. Our kitchen operates seven days a week, so some weekend work will be required. Daily hours are 8 am to 5:30 pm—no evenings!
Salary: £27,300 (full-time).
