Salary: £25,250 per annum
Contract: Full-time, permanent - Working hours Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm, Friday 7am to 1pm

Office Administrator - The Role
At Burnhouse Engineering, we're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and reliable Office Administrator to orchestrate our day-to-day office operations.
You'll be a cornerstone in the structure of our welding and fabrication engineering firm, greeting clients, supporting suppliers, and ensuring our staff has the optimal tools and environment to thrive.

Organization Whiz: Utilise your superior organizational skills to keep our office operations running like clockwork.
Presentation Pro: Represent Burnhouse Engineering with professionalism through your well-presented demeanour.
Clear Communicator: Your communication skills will ensure clarity in every memo, email, and report.
Financial Flair: Bring your QuickBooks know-how to manage invoices, credit control, and accounts payable.
Safety Advocate: A first aid certificate is desirable, aligning with our focus on workplace safety.
Driver's Necessity: As a car driver, you'll have the flexibility needed to perform your duties effectively.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Customer Service Champion: Professionally handle phone interactions, warmly greet visitors, and guide them promptly.
Administrative Dynamo: Effortlessly transfer timesheet data to job cards, track projects, and maintain holiday schedules.
Financial Finesse: Manage customer orders, invoice accurately, pursue overdue payments, and communicate with customers professionally.
Tech Savvy: Excel in using Word, Excel, and our custom in-house computer program to maintain our competitive edge.
Resource Manager: Oversee office equipment stocks within budget, guaranteeing our operational capabilities.
Team Collaborator: Engage in minute-taking and support our team, playing a vital role in our daily success.
Office Administrator - What we need from you
Key Skills & Responsibilities;
- Customer Service: 5 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 5 years (preferred)
