Salary: £27,295-£30,385, DOE + Benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours

AccuBio Ltd. (manufacturers of In vitro Medical Devices) are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Assistant.

Senior Finance Assistant - The Role:

To Compile and produce financial reports for the business, support the Finance department in managing the financial transactions of the company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Purchase Ledger / Sales Ledger / Cashbook / Expenses processing
• Credit control
• Variance and cost analysis
• Assist Finance Manager to prepare monthly management accounts
• Assist and train Finance Assistants
• Contribute to budget planning and forecasting
• Provide cover within the finance department
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

General Areas of Responsibility:

• Carry out all duties and responsibilities to the company standard within the timescales required.
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with QMS policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with GDPR and Cyber Security policies and procedures.
• Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as required.

Senior Finance Assistant - Key Skills and Experience:

Essential Criteria:

• Fluent in Mandarin
• Minimum 2 years' experience within the finance function

Desirable Criteria

• Intermediate level Excel skills
• Experience working within manufacturing industry
