Salary: DOE, Circa £75-90K plus car or car allowance, Bonus (to be discussed)
Location: Ideally based between Glasgow and Edinburgh (Relocators welcome to apply)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director, Commercial Director, or a seasoned Sales Manager/Business Development Manager with a proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets. This role will be pivotal in leading a commercially-focused waste management and recycling operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an effective sales strategy for the business.
Drive new business development while growing and performance managing the sales team.
Oversee tender processes as needed.
Achieve targeted revenue growth and margin goals.
Experience Required:
A minimum of 3 years in the waste management and recycling sector.
A strong track record of success in previous roles, with evidence of key achievements.
Successful Management of a sales team
The ability to engage credibly with large clients.
