Working for this national timber manufacturing business as Quality Manager, you’ll lead the continual development of the Quality culture across the business, covering the identification, implementation and rectification of all preventative actions across the business.

Salary – £63,000 Per Annum

Location – Halbeath with travel to different sites across the UK 

Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / 8:30-5 / Mon-Fri

The Role

You’ll take charge of the Quality Management System, ensuring it is effectively established, implemented, and maintained across all company levels. The role involves coordinating all processes to meet Quality System standards, acting as a site champion to guarantee product quality aligns with customer requirements.

You will monitor internal non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and implement control plans to prevent reoccurrences. Additionally, you will serve as an independent communication channel for quality matters, initiate actions to resolve deficiencies, and ensure solutions are satisfactory.

The role also includes conducting audits as per the schedule, addressing adverse findings promptly, reviewing non-conformance reports to identify trends, and providing timely reports on status and trends to the Project Manager.

We’re looking for 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing type environment.
