Print finisher role at a specialist printer based in Aberdeen, Scotland. 

Print Finisher - Role and responsibilities:

• To operate a variety of finishing equipment including ---- guillotines, Morgana folding machine, perforating, numbering,
• Packing up finished jobs for sending out with couriers
• Checking work for defects or issues with colour and quantities and making any adjustments as required
• Working to set deadlines to ensure clients orders are fulfilled on time
• Maintain a tidy and clean work area ensuring that the work area is kept in a clean and orderly manner
• Understand and adhere to the company policies and procedures with particular emphasis on quality and health and safety.

Print Finisher - What we’re looking for in a candidate:

• A successful proven record and experience of finishing equipment / cutting tables
• Has the ability to manage expectations around timescales and deliverables
• Has a proactive approach to work - always willing to learn and working to improve processes to ensure business efficiency
• Be flexible with their attitude towards work and task allocation, ensuring client demands are met at all times
• Good attention to detail - understanding clients requirements and making sure the finished product meets their brief
• A good team spirit and willingness to chip in to help others
