Electrician, Livingston, Salary £36,000 to £38,000 per annum + On Target Earnings up to £46K, Unlimited Overtime + Company Van Package & More!

Electrician required to work on a mobile basis in and around the Livingston area. The Electrician will cover reactive maintenance contracts on behalf of a successful FM Company. The Electrician must have their 17th or 18th edition qualifications, and experience working on commercial premises.

Electrician will receive:

Electrician’s Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems in various commercial settings, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
• Maintain accurate records using our advanced computerised maintenance management system.
• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve faults, ensuring adherence to the highest health and safety standards.

Electrician’s Requirements:

• Recognised apprenticeship SVQ/NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, 17th, or 18th edition qualification.
• Full UK driving license.
• Prior experience in Facilities Management or Building Services.
