An experienced fit out Site manager is required for an initial 14 week period on an Office refurbishment scheme in the Lochside View area of Edinburgh ( potentail 20 week project to follow straight after ).
Scope of Work's, reception and common area upgrade, refurbishment of sanitary area's.
Duties will include, supervision of sub contract trades, ordering of materials, client interface, Health and Safety on site.
SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS and Computer Literateracy required.
Accomodation will not be provided so Locally based Site Manager's preferred.
