Your new opportunity 

Quarriers are currently recruiting full time Resourcing Leads to join our friendly people team and drive our recruitment and resourcing goals. This is an exciting time where you will play a key part in supporting bespoke recruitment events and find people who are keen to join Quarriers mission in making Scotland a better place to be.  

We are on the lookout for results driven individuals who put people first at the heart of all they do and who will deliver a first-class service to hiring managers and an all-round positive experience for potential candidates and applicants.  

As Resourcing Lead you be part of a team working together to ensure Quarriers are an employer of choice and independently drive recruitment and resourcing within an allocated area.  

Working pattern: This is a full-time permanent role working 35 hours per week in line with our agile working policy, which blends home-working with office time and service visits. Typically working Monday -Friday and you will be required to support recruitment events when required based on organisational needs.   

What you will need to bring to the role  

• Previous experience in recruitment resourcing is essential. 

• Excellent team player and self-starter who thrives in a in fast-paced environment.   

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.  

• Membership of CIPD is desirable.
