About the role
Porsche Centre Edinburgh currently has a great opportunity available for a Preparation Supervisor to join our talented team.
As a Sytner Preparation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and Supervising all aspects of the Valeting department including; quality control and ensuring that all vehicles are prepared and valeted to a very high standard and are presented in pristine condition and that faults are picked up on prior to the vehicle being handed over to the customer.
You will also be responsible for carrying out advanced preparation work, supervise and monitor time sheets, apply GTECH ceramic coating and ensure that all H&S duties and responsibilities are carried out to the high standard expected of the Valeting department.
Sytner Valeters work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About You
Ideally you will have experience working in a Franchised Valeting department with fantastic attention to detail and committed to delivering the very best quality and standards for our customers. We are looking for a hardworking individual, who is a reliable team player with a flexible approach that is needed to work well within a busy environment.
Don't worry if you do not have previous experience, as full training will be given to the right candidate. We are looking for someone who has a fantastic attitude and behaviour, and who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
