About the Role

As a Panel Beater with us, your key responsibilities will include:

• Expertly repairing and replacing vehicle panels using cutting-edge techniques and equipment.
• Accurately assessing vehicle damage and developing effective repair plans.
• Ensuring seamless integration of new panels and parts with precision and attention to detail.
• Delivering high-quality repairs and finishes that exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborating with your team to meet deadlines and maintain our high standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in line with health and safety regulations.

About You

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater or in a similar position within the automotive repair industry.
• Strong knowledge of panel repair techniques, including welding, filling, and finishing.
• Proficiency with relevant tools and equipment, including panel beating and spray painting tools.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for achieving flawless results.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications (such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) are a plus.
