SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Printing off latest site drawings for site team.
- Ensuring superseded ones are discarded while notifying the site engineer they have been updated.
- Populating the drawing rack accordingly.
- Filing and uploading of all site delivery dockets.
- Printing content for and populating site folders (including subcontractor RAMs, approved drawings etc).
- Preparing site meeting room for client or other meetings where required.
- Recording minutes of site meetings (Autodesk Construction Cloud system).
- Ensuring site sign in and out log is being filled in correctly.
- Tracking and ordering general site office supplies when needed.
- Preparing visitor PPE (stock on site).
- General admin duties – laminating/printing when required.
- Maintaining a holiday tracker for the site team (to be set up on project SharePoint).
- Training matrix and when training is nearly out of date.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in project administration or a similar role, preferably within an construction environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
