About the role

Working Monday to as the Admin Assistant you will be working with our busy transport team doing all things administration. Mainly you’ll be keeping the office running by assisting with anything administration wise which comes in.

You will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries relating to customer bookings and deliveries.
  • Data entry
  • Booking daily jobs in the system and ensuring jobs are priced
  • Liaising with the planning department to answer customer enquiries on rates and delivery schedules

About you

The environment is fast paced so if you love a challenge and working in a friendly and bubbly team this is the role for you. We’ll need you to come in and fit in straight away, so you’ll need some administration experience and you’ll need to be confident at working with Microsoft computer programmes. We’re a company who recognise the importance of training and development so we will give you all the support you’ll need with our inhouse computer programmes.
