We are looking for a Site Access Coordinator to start from mid November 2024 until January 2025

We are looking for a n individual who is familiar within this type of role and is able to start the role with confidence to complete their duties to high standard.

Duties: 

• Sign visitors in and out of the site.
• Carry out site inductions.
• Remotely open gates on other sites.
• Manage tanker deliveries to the site.
• Update spreadsheet for contractors
• Knowledge of Microsoft office packages 

Requirements:

• Two years written references
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
