Full-Time Dental Receptionist
Location: Castle House Clinic, Inverness
Position: Full-Time | 40 hours

The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Dental Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the clinic, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our clinicians in delivering both routine and advanced dental care.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner

Managing appointments and patient records efficiently

Handling phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries

Ensuring the reception area is well-organised and welcoming

Supporting with administrative tasks and clinic operations

Managing billing and payments (private and NHS)

Liaising with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient care

Assisting with patient communication regarding advanced treatments and procedures
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a dental receptionist role (preferred, but not essential)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude

Ability to multitask in a busy environment

Proficiency in using computer systems (training can be provided for specific software)

A team player with a positive attitude
