Multiskilled Engineer
Permanent, Full Time
Salary: up to £35,000
Location: Stirlingshire
We are looking for an experienced Multiskilled Engineer to maintain sites on a retail contract.
The engineer would be responsible for undertaking building fabric and plumbing maintenance works including PPM servicing and reactive breakdown repairs covering building fabric (door furniture, fire door maintenance, ceiling and floor tiles etc), plumbing repairs (sinks flow checks, taps, toilets etc) as well as supporting with basic electrical (emergency lighting, lamp/ballast changes) and HVAC services (AC filter changes). The successful candidate will have good communication skills and be happy working on a mobile basis
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven maintenance experience in commercial environments
- Multi-skilled across building services (ie Fabric, Plumbing)
- Proactive and willing attitude towards work
